Learn ways to make your medication regimen more efficient

Due to my busy life, I have not been adherent to my medications which led to a hospitalization. After this rude awakening, I worked with Concierge Pharmacist on a daily basis to develop a healthy routine of taking my medications daily. I am now adherent and my lab tests are all within normal.
